Enoshima is a famous Island in Kanagawa-ken Japan.
Famous also of its view of
Mt. Fuji 
These locks are at a place on the island called 恋人の丘 (lovers hill)
Couples leave these locks with their names on them apparantly to lock their relationships and keep them stable
The locks are all rusted and the place is spooky
Wonder how many of these locks still hold...
